Samsung Galaxy A25 device runs on the Android 14 + One UI 6 operating system. The device is powered by Exynos 1280 while the GPU is Mali-G68. It features Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS and USB Type-C 2.0. It is fueled with a Li-Po 5000mAh + 25W wired battery.
