The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition Octa-core processor and Adreno 644 GPU. The display of 6.7 inches has an AMOLED screen type and provides a resolution of 1200 x 2664 pixels while the pixel density is ~435 PPI (pixels per inch).

Honor 90 is fueled with Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + 66W wired + 5W reverse wired and the device comes in various colors including Midnight Black, Emerald Green, Diamond Silver, Peacock Blue. It features Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0.

The sensors include fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, compass, and ultrasound proximity.
